What is concealed wiring?
It is difficult to install concealed wiring. The layout of this wiring is carried out under the plaster of wall during building construction.
The same is depicted in the figure. Pipes are being laid during the moulding itself with metal wires inside. This helps to put electrical wires later in the ceiling as shown. The wiring is carried out within the plaster of the wall. The wires and pipes are not visible outside unlike open wiring. Only plates, switches and sockets are visible which makes the room look better.
