RFaxis to demonstrate CMOS based 802.11ac RF Front-end IC products at broadband World forum Amsterdam scheduled from 22nd to 24th oct. 2013.

RFaxis recently started sampling 5GHz 802.11ac RF Front-end IC(RFX5010 ) to their customers and reference design partners.

802.11ac RF Front-end IC features

•  RFaxis product family supports IEEE 802.11b/g/a/n/ac for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands
•  RFX5010 11ac mode provides 30 dB gain/15dBm output power at the antenna end with -35dB EVM(for modulation MCS9(256-QAM) and 80MHz BW)

RFaxis planning to launch high power 802.11ac RFeIC, pin-compatible with RFX5010 and RFX5000. This new product will be used in 802.11ac Access Point(AP), router and outdoor hot-spots.
