• Effective radiated power of FM transmitter should be less than 100 watts. Radiation power above 100 watts is allowed with approval from committee and ministry.
• Permitted maximum antenna height is about 30 meters above the ground.
• Community Radio Station should cover about 5 to 10 km radius.
