About 5G:
It is the fifth generation wireless technology published in 3GPP release 15 and beyond. It supercedes 4G standards viz. LTE, LTE advanced and LTE advanced pro. It is used for cellular as well as IoT (Internet of Things) applications.

5G wireless technology supports various frequency bands viz. sub 1GHz, 1 to 6GHz and above 6 GHz(millimeter wave frequencies). 5G transceivers operate in the same frequency ranges.

The device AD9375 consists of dual channel transmitters and dual channel receivers with integrated synthesizers for channel selection. It houses DPD and DSP functionalities. It supports MIMO and duplexing techniques such as TDD/FDD. Following table mentions technical features of the device.
