0 dBm equals power of 1 milliwatt or 0.001 Watt or -30dBW. Let us understand this using following equations.

Equation-1 : dBm = Log10(Power in milliwatt)*10
Equation-2 : Power in milliwatt = 10 (Power in dBm/10)
Equation-3 : dBW = dBm - 30

These power units are interchangeably used by RF engineers for representation and convenient purpose. 0 dBm is often used as nominal power for most of the RF Transmitters as output power.
