What is mmwave Isolator?

• Isolator is a non-reciprocal device which passes electromagnetic (EM) signals only in one direction and absorbs EM Waves in the opposite direction.
• The Isolators which operate in the mmwave frequency ranges are known as mmwave Isolators.
• Millimeter frequency spans from 30 GHz to 300 GHz. These frequencies are used for various applications such as millimeter wave imaging, mm wave scanner, medicine, radar, 5G cellular etc.
